    That’s not a plan

    That’s delegation

That’s like running on the platform of giving everyone $1B and when asked how, saying, “I don’t know, let the experts figure it out”

The plan is to consult experts combine the best aspects of each viewpoint and then push and support the best plan

Currently most people aren’t willing to listen to both sides, Kanye is going to take both sides into account and sit together with engineers and scientists and architects and policy makers and social workers and build policy that aligns with his stance

Because he is the voice he is the leader but like he said is also a listener

It’s going straight over all of your heads

I don’t want to delve into speculation on the possible mental health issues of either candidate.

But with Kanye you’re talking about someone who has only tried to enter the running for 2020 months before the election, long after he’s even able to get on the ballot for most states, and claims to be 100% serious about running right now to win this election, not as some sort of trial for 2024.
He’s entered the running with almost no warning, no history of soliciting donations or grassroots campaigning, no concrete platform or actual specific, costed and researched policy goals.

Has only just held a fairly impromptu initial campaign rally, in a state where he only just tweeted out a request for signatures on a ballot to get on him on the list at the 11th hour, only to then have it confirmed shortly after the rally that he didn’t even file paperwork to get on the ballot for the state.

It’s beyond me how you can criticise Biden as lacking lucidity and being some confused senile man who has no idea what’s going on, but then support a candidate in Kanye who, if he is serious about running, is doing so in the most shambolic, uncohesive way ever seen

    “I don’t give a f*** about the election”

    Kanye 07/19/20

This is definitely about gaining steam

    Kanye is the leader.

That policy writing s*** is for the foot soldiers

Ask Trump if that cannot operate

The last guy said Trump didn’t get any policies through (which isn’t true) so what are y’all streaks of?

HIS VOICE. THE VOICE IS THE POWER AND KANYES VOICE ALIGNS WITH THE PEOPLE.

    Y’all lost

You basically described how every candidate comes up with their plans. The only difference is that Ye’s going to wait until after he’s elected to do so

& I expect him to have a written out platform if he continues running

That is exactly the point - he’s just turned around and said this YESTERDAY after spending weeks trying to convince the world he is deadly serious about running.

I fully agree that he has and probably never had any notion of actually running / winning, but then it begs the question why go through all this?

Outside of this site all I have seen is criticism and mockery of his “run”, and alienation of people who could be potential voters.

The only conclusion to be drawn as i see it - either this is genuinely shambolic and he has no idea what he’s doing or what he wants to achieve (or how) OR it’s all just a general publicity stunt / specific promo for a rollout of an album or some other project.

Either way the whole thing seems completely self serving

  • Jul 20, 2020

Also other candidates do not come up with their plans like that. Candidates landed heavily to the left or the right.

Kanye just wants the absolute best. Not perfect cause nothing is perfect. But the best possible solution

    These things aren’t mutually exclusive

He’s serious about running but the outcome of this election is not the reason he’s running. He’s gaining steam for after Trump finishes his 2nd term

Everyone looks at both sides of the argument, otherwise it wouldn’t be an argument. You can say Ye would be less biased but based on the op he does

And not having thought out plans w/ less than 4 months to go should be an automatic red flag

crazy how you can be called a hater for not thinking he should run for president in the mind-state he is in right now

No they don’t. Republicans push republican agenda democrats push the democratic agenda

Bernie literally got cheated out of the primaries because he didn’t push the DNC agenda

The DNC has super delegates in their primaries and elect whoever they want

I don’t see anyone else with a voice pushing a movement against that while still having some left leaning stances like Kanye does

I’m getting behind change. If anyone else wants to step up and do it better I will support them also

If thats the case then why claim that you’re running for 2020 in all seriousness, with a 100% belief that you can/will win? Why bother telling ppl ur serious, asking them to get behind you and petition for you, then throwing that back in their faces by not even filing the paperwork?

If he’s serious about running for 2024 and establishing himself as a serious, legit candidate, i cant see why he would be spending this time doing some half assed, self-serving campaign.

Now would be the time to actually do grassroots campaigning, start putting down policy onto paper, soliciting the ideas of real communities along with experts, not doing an extended PR run

I like Ye as much as the next person, but his whole campaign is just him telling everybody about a few ideas he’s been thinking about.

1 the support sends a message and proves to the Republican Party that he’s a serious candidate for next election

2 I think he realized trump got elected off of PR and not because his policies were so well communicated

He’s doing Trumps campaign style with. Stances that by in large represent the American people. He also saw that Bernie running in 2016 gave him steam for this election. He also see DNC will not allow him to win like they didn’t allow Bernie to win so he’s going to be running republican once trump isn’t there. He’s taking all that information and sampling it to make a mega campaign rolling into 2024

Just watch & you can bookmark this page for when it all comes together

My point is people don't vote based on just some random set of poorly conceptualised stances.
