    Shawty talm about rodents when yall have snakes and alligators. Went swimming at my cousin pool in Tampa and came out to a snake by the patio door aint talk to my b**** ass cousin since then

    I’m in 70 backyards a week cleaning pools, snakes are rarely a problem and even less than that alligators. Idk where your cousin lives as you don’t live in the boonies reptiles are never a problem

    only ever slept with rats for a year when i was in boarding school. Never experienced them in a home. You say you got a condo right? It’s it a standalone or in a high rise? If it’s the later, I’d refuse to pay any carrying charges until they send some professionals to handle it. Put your money in escrow.
