Nov 5, 2024·1 replykrishna bounda lot of this has to actually do changes in vote counting methods by state. it's not just because of COVID, it's not really a conspiracy or anything, it's just another example of random changes making everything less efficient. For example, Nevada, Arizona, and PA among other states have slower processing times now due to changes in voting regulation (particularly mail-in). In 2016, technically Trump didn't have final results until the next day but election was called early due to statistics.
