You are right. Trump does not have the power to retreat the army from the Middle East, East Asia etc or make other large scale decisions in that type of scale
I am hoping for the first changes on a smaller scale. During Trump's first tenure was the first time, I have seen the EU become more self reliant in their decisions. Because they couldn’t run to the their daddy US anymore with Donald in office. However, I am not a fan of the EU either. Its just an example. I am hoping that a second term accelerates the progress of BRICS and AU.
