I actually don't know how it works with Kamala if Biden is still President. Cus technically she'd be starting a new campaign (?) rather than inheriting his structure. DNC may not care as much about it since donors are withholding new funds rn
edit: literally right as i typed that CNN said on TV donors are letting their funds loose to the DNC again
