I think in terms of that I only get wary when its pageants my cousin ( basically niece who I helped raise ) is non binary and did like a pageant of some kind and adults were like you did so wonderful and she is like 21. I just get awkward any time a kid is put into a pageant system of being judged for beauty young. Her mom was and it f***ed her up in the long term
