this discussion comes up a lot and i think the simple answer is that the left just doesnt tangibly exist in a meaningful enough manner in the west to really have a sphere of broad/varied influence

like hasan is "left", sure, but he's not really directly connected to a central apparatus of influence. people like Haz exist who are definitely masculine leftist voices but are A) controversial for many of their views and B) essentially irrelevant.

in the west there is a very heavy blurred line between "left" and "liberal" for a number of reasons and most "left" creators are in fact actually just liberals. its not surprising that there arent a ton of masculine creators because modern western liberalism doesnt offer that much to traditional ideas of masculinity whereas conservatism is near built on that
