All I know regarding Costco is they get insane deals on random sets and sometimes bundle s*** like that 6-10 tin pack, and they sometimes get overstock of 151 which makes no sense because 151 disappears everywhere

I live by a target and they had 7 151 binders and I came back later in the day and they were all gone for example
