Carrots, Potatoes (Reggie and sweet), Peppers (yellow, red, orange), butternut squash, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Cilantro, red/green onions, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, and sprinkle some olive oil on top then I make some salmon or chicken on the side separately. All that gets me like a week or 2 worth of meals and I only use like a 1/4-1/3 of what I buy for $85. So I can always make more
