I dont really know much about waltz or care for him, but the general sentiment of letting go of the dems chokehold on their people saying what they probably actually want to say, appealing further left and also dumb people being mad when you dont tow the line of a very corrupt party is all true for sure

I believe everyday felons deserve more rights. Especially on a case by case basis. The reason why most reoffend in the first place is because most of them arent given the opportunity to be better due to their record.
I just draw the line at a felon running for President, especially when some of those felonies was committed not even half a decade ago.

Plus, I fully believe that the overwhelming majority of MAGA would have been livid if their opponent was a felon. and would be the same type of ppl that wouldn't give a felon a chance to redeem themselves

This really blew my mind cause like I was also under the impressions "well if she loses its cause of x y and z" but like this type of loss with these type of gains pretty much puts an end to this idea of "identity politics".

Latinos didn't care, white women didn't care all that racism and abortion s*** did not matter to alot of women and minorities.

The truth is they really were the majority by far

Last year Trump was a joke posting schizo rants on truth social, entertaining the idea of DeSantis being his VP, facing serious jail time, still denying the election results, receiving backlash for abandoning his Jan 6th goons, scrambling to get any financial backing, Republican party disowning him and actively seeking out his replacement, and somehow with a huge lead Democrats let him flip the tables and do a complete 180 on them and has not only secured the presidency but had a landslide victory getting the most votes for a republican nominee in decades more than Bush Sr and Jr. This is the craziest plot twist in American politics

I Personally disagree with any concept of a felony in general. Even a criminal record. At least one that can be accessed by anyone other than a court. I think of the will of the people want somebody, it is what it is.

Having a public classification of repeat violent offender and s***offender is the only things I agree with.

Youre right about the double standard though.
It’s cool if you dont agree with me though. I dont think people charged with a crime should have limited voting options or political restrictions.
