But if you have money, and understand the above. It could be a good idea to just stay put. Wait it out, and invest more if the market crashes or goes down.

Especially if the money you already have invested is for longterm and something you dont need soon. You will take hit shortterm but could gain a lot buying, when a lot of people are fleeing.
