I'm not muslim or an expert on islam by any means, but i would assume that it's not "allowed" because it's an extension of islamic laws on using the toilet/shitting. (No speaking to each other while defecated, no eating food while using the bathroom, wiping with left hand and washing your butt, etc...)

I'd assume that because other things like fellatio and whatnot are treated differently by each sect in the religion, while the toilet stuff (AFAIK) is pretty universal.

Of course, all the above only applies IF eating ass is outlawed in Islam, which i have no idea if thats actually the case or not
