This update really made me realize that Call of Duty‘s biggest flaw is trying to innovate stuff that doesn‘t need changing and then backpedaling way too hard when they finally realize they f***ed up and did the exact opppsite of what the community wants.

While it’s good that we‘re going back to the roots with Verdansk, they reverted so many changes that were actually good for the game.

They give us the OG buy station but take away the option to buy our perks and weapons. That is not a good trade and exactly what I‘m talking about.

Because the new Warzone was so bad everyone is purely blinded by nostalgia, but that‘s what actually robs us of some of the quality of life changes Warzone had made in the past.

What we actually wanted and needed was never Warzone 2, but the OG Warzone along with QoL changes and enough content every few weeks.

That‘s all they needed to do. But now we‘re stuck in nostalgia hell and it doesn’t even hit as much as it used to.
