I enjoyed BO6 but I really gotta optimize my connection to even be useful in this game beta was the same

Yea SBMM was intended to protect casual players and make them feel good at the game so that they can play longer and spend money on mtx. Sweaty players are the ones who suffer the most because they cant clip farm casuals due to the fact that SBMM pits them against people of equal skill

Now that SBMM is scaled back, you can get matched with anybody and there’s a good chance you’ll get washed

If you are having a hard time in MP, you were probably being protected by SBMM

BO6 clearly did a lot of damage to the black ops brand

This game is actually in a better state than BO6 on launch. I’m not sure if I sense any potential classic maps here, but I can say that I don’t absolutely hate any of these maps so far like I did BO6. That’s good enough for me tbh

It’s definitely a soulless game though, but that’s to be expected with slop like modern CoD

I don’t have any allegiance to any video game. I’ve always preferred BF to CoD but dice forgot how to make a good BF after BF1. BF6 is mediocre by all accounts. It currently sits right above 2042 if we’re ranking the BF games. I s*** on it because I’m disappointed by it as I’ve seen what Dice has achieved before.

BO7 is not amazing by any means. There are at least 3 BO games better than this one, but it still comes a lot closer to achieving being a good CoD game than BF6 does at being a good BF game. The biggest issues I had with BO6 have been improved with this game. I can give credit where it’s due, even if I wanted CoD to get absolutely stomped.

Honestly, both of these franchises are in a dire state, but I’m glad that they’re at least trying to improve (competition is great). I just think CoD did better this year.

Anyways, a lot can change in a year. Maybe BF6 improves big time and BO7 s***s the bed again. Time will tell. I’m going where the fun is regardless. I’ll sing BF6 praises when I feel it’s deserved
