Environments and atmosphere are next-level, but the character designs do not live up to those two aforementioned elements.

Granted it’s a 1st-person game so we won’t really see much of our character while in action (unless you use the shield Runner)—though people used character design as a crux to hate on Concord. (By no means am I saying the character design in Marathon is on a similar level to Concord’s.)
