UI clean but movement is not it

Its too late tbh. They f***ed the new player experience by removing the beginning half of the campaign. You're just thrown in with a bunch of random quest and no reason why.

Nah. Apex and Destiny. Unless controller in hand, the gameplay I see does not feel like anything OG halo

Looks like every other game I’ve seen streamers get paid to promote as the next big thing/ “[insert popular title] killer” in recent years.

Graphics seem very glossy and polished but the gameplay just looks absolutely boring. Zero character/class interest or depth as well.

It’s as if someone told ai to create a generic cyber-techwear shooter that they’ll begin attaching a lore to later on.

This was said about marvel rivals on this same forum (I was one of them saying it)

If this is good (it will be), this could easily fill that spot. Even better that it’s not just another BR. Most people are unfamiliar with extraction shooters so this could be a breath of fresh air for people and really put the genre on the map

Yeah I think this will do fine - with a $40-$50 price tag. I don’t think this is a concord situation because one, it’s Bungie, and two this isn’t an oversaturated market like Concord was aiming for.

There isn’t really an extraction game on consoles. I think the days of asking full price for games that necessitate having an online population are gone, there are too many competitors.

Saying that a Bungie game will have no depth is a take and a half.

I think people just need to get on the alpha/beta. The takes are getting egregious. Have some faith in the most impactful FPS developer of the last two decades lol

Marathon lore is extensive as f*** even without this game.

the animated short probably has more of an idea of what's going on than the Bungie writers do lol
