Dont smoke heavy if at all, dont heavy lift, dont exhaust yourself & try to keep yourself relaxed.

Basically literally just sit down n chill. Thats part of what quarantine is suppose to do on top of trying to stop you from transmitting it during its peak.

Also yeah the its the easiest & most likely to catch covid through your eyes n nose ahich is for the mask plus coughing n all that, but you can still transmit it through skin or have germs on skin for later face contact from other people n surfaces etc. although way less likely, hence sanitizer, stay at home, throughly hand washing etc.
