I think BotW was the last major release for the Wii U. But it also dropped on Switch, so I can see Nintendo doing something like that whenever Prime 4 comes out.

Funnily enough, Twilight Princess was the last major Nintendo release for the Gamecube, but it also came out on the Wii.
