Still don't know what those monster horns do tho
They look like weapon blades. If you looked at the previous trailers all enemies have s*** like spears, blades, horns. I bet you can craft weapons with those too. Like combining a stick with a lizalfos horn Blade and making a katana

This is me with climbing in botw I just love to climb
OK! I am now satisfied Nintendo! This was all I needed before launch.
The new abilities/gameplay mechanics (the VERY few 10 minutes we got to witness) were very intriguing and cool. I love how materials can now be used in so many more ways.
The FUSE mechanic?! Fusing an eyeball to an arrow to make it a homing arrow?! Fusing a puffer mushroom to your shield so that it creates a smokescreen when the enemy hits your shield, leaving them open for a sneak attack?!
Imagine the ish we haven't seen and the scale of it all. This is such a small smidge of footage and it really kicks the door open for some GRAND possibilities and the same kind of curious exploration and experimentation that we got in Breath of the Wild.

Miyamoto loved it too lol. Aonuma said in an interview they called miyamoto to prototype botw and miyamoto kept climbing trees for an hour

This is gonna make botw feel like baby s*** in comparison and the level of experimentation possible in it was already absurd
This is legitimately gonna take you a decade
might have to make some hard decisions and trim it down a little
I got my top of the list . I just give this to people like “ here watch this movie this game “ lmfao cause they act like you got no backlog

Lmaooo that's hilarious
think I spent half of this last playthrough just climbing everything I could

I love how aonuma kept saying "I swear hyrule has tons of changes and there are tons of new areas i just cant show them so you can discovery them!!!" (obviously paraphrasing)
They keep hiding things despite already showing insane new gameplay designs, this gameplay made me more hyped than a trailer would tbh

fam imagine how many thousands of permutations there are for fusing, let alone for the structure building ability
I don't know how they did this man
I still genuinely think there's gonna be a whole underground element too
But even if there isnt im satisfied this is f***ing sick
I pray for the playtesters cause merging s*** together seems appliable to basically everything and i wonder how f***ing long it took them to get it right with no bugs
