Probably game of the year although I don't really play new games very often so I can't really compare it to anything

Very strong, the quest line leading up to the final confrontation is incredible one of the best parts of the game

All I know is that the next zelda game better be either a wind waker/BOTW mash up type game or they better bring the Twilight people and midna/midna reincarnation back

Just did my first temple 25 hours into the game. Fire temple

so by “king” they’re talking about me, and by “dom” they’re talking about my preference. i’m sure you can garner what the “tears” are for yourself at this point

It's two things imo (HEAVY SPOILER WARNING FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT FOUND ALL TEARS:

The Tears of the Kingdom are two things: Mainly the little tear-shaped gems imbued with Zonai magic entrusted to the champions of the various races and to Zelda by Rauru that enhance their abilities (Sonia's tear was stolen by Ganondorf and he used it to become the Demon King) and were used in the Imprisoning War when they tried to beat Ganondorf. Besides this, I also believe that the Tears of the Kingdom are the Dragon's Tears. The tears that you see Zelda, in her dragon form, shed when she became a dragon in the past (which are The Dragon's Tears you find in the game that show you what happened to Zelda after Ganondorf awakened in the beginning of the game).

I think the story kinda disappointed me tbh like it's pretty standard stuff

Which is fine with me but I wish there was more character development everything is kept at a pretty surface level

Ganondorf is just not an interesting villain dude is just like "oh I'm evil I don't like the king I will become a demon and destroy the world ahahahaahahaha I'm evil" like woah I never heard this before
