Woah, you can even throw materials at monsters (as if they were throwable weapons). For example if you have White Chu Chu Jelly but no arrow to attach it to, you can still throw that White Chu Chu Jelly in the monsters face with your hand instead of using a bow.

Still, with everything this game has, its already a miracle its running at the same specs as botw, with at least a significantly improved lod, depth of field and rendering distance

The thing is, all previews ive seen was people saying there are like hundreds of solutions to puzzles, even people with 0 imagination can find a satisfying solution provided they understand the mechanics of the game. No joke you gotta hate PLAYING video games not to at least see some appeal in this gameplay. One previewer basically said that you could attach a minecart to your shield and shield surf with it to give you an acceleration boost since you're going on wheels and not the shield's surface. HOW could someone not be impressed by that is beyond me

A previewer said that while controls felt clunky at first, he said by the end of his hands on gameplay he felt more comfortable. It feels like this is more a case of being thrown in the game with all the abilities unlocked, without a tutorial on how to use them plateau shrine-style. I feel the overwhelming amount of abilities and applications without explanation have more to do with it than the controls themselves

Thats why i need Digital foundry. Ive been seeing some day its rock steady, and others claim it has frequent frame drops. The most realistic outcome is it'll run like botw switch post patches, so mostly at 30 but with occasional drops in the low 20s

Was Nintendo this secretive about the story with Zelda? I remember we knew at least the context of the game, like why was link in the great plateau in the shrine of resurrection. Nintendo this time is hiding all cutscenes and even structures like the swirling shrines. We only know gdorf is back, link and zelda went exploring in a cave, found him and got separated, and thats it. Rest is informed speculation. We dont even know the context for the above
