I have a problem with this idea that people completely rejecting Kanye are somehow disingenuous and just doing it for “Internet points”. This is just not true at all.

I think hiphop fans at large treat what Kanye has done WAY too lightly. This is sort of a crazy statement, but if he was just some random guy who didn’t have a music catalog behind him that people like, tons of the same hiphop fans that turn a blind eye or justify s*** would probably be wishing death upon this man.
