Mar 28, 2021i’m not sure if this thread is spoiler free or not, so i’ll block out some stuff but
i’ve seen watched this whole show like 5 times already, one of my favorite shows of all time
i still remember the first time i watched the show and got to the scene where hank got killed, and before he dies he says “walt you’re the smartest man i’ve even known, but you’re too stupid to see he made up his mind already” or something like that. my jaw was hanging open for like 10 minutes, made me realize how far walter had gone, and he was truly past the point of no return
hank dying was one of the most shocking moments in tv for me, truly didn’t expect that

also towards the end of the show when walter is trying to make sure the cops don’t take skylar down with him, and when they are on the phone and he knows the cops are listening he calls her a f\*\*\*ing b\*\*\*\* and s\*\*\*, and he starts tearing up as he does it because you know he still loves her, that s*** so heartbreaking man

I don't think people appreciate how great the performances of Anna Gunn and Bryan Cranston had to be for this. Such a complex scene and they nailed it

that s*** was in my recommended on yt a couple weeks back and it made me have to rewatch the whole series and then start+finish better call saul
