Jake thought he should take a break after getting rocked like that for the first time. Never knew Tyron was an animal
If tyron was an animal then would have actually gone for the kill instead of being passive the entire fight and let Paul out point him
nah Conor could redeem himself if he beat Jake.
I mean if Jake wins Jake wouldn't get any credit because everyone would say Connor is way passed his prime

Jake wasnât giving him the opportunity to.
Definitely but I don't think Jake wants to lose to him and even if he wins he won't get any credit because everyone will just say Connor is washed up
Depends, if Conor manages to come back and win Poirier then itâll change the narrative going into a Jake Paul fight
Conorâs boxing was never as good as people made it out to be but he can actually jab and throw combos so heâd piece up Jake
Jake wasnât giving him the opportunity to.
This is what I don't understand. People acting like Woodley just chose to be inactive and lose lol he couldn't find his way in when he wanted and it forced him to sit back and wait for a shot. Sure he absolutely could have been more aggressive but it also could have gotten him flatlined if he couldn't find a reasonable way in.

Donât see Conor beating poirier , heâs just better

Conor needs to redeem himself in MMA. Fighting Jake Paul does nothing for Conor.

Mainly cause Woodley really didnât know how to utilize anything other than a straight or overhand. Which isnât Jakeâs fault but if he had any diversity in his striking the opening was right in front of him.

Yup thatâs what I pmuch thought too
I just looked it up and there were +700 odds for a Jake Paul decision. Damn...

He did pretty decent against Floyd

He wasnât gonna get flat lined in the late rounds by Paul he was tired and throwing shots off his back foot the entire time if tyron knew how to actually utilize a f***ing jab on his was inside/ or thrown some body shots the fight would have been easy money

i put 40 on that +700

Conor had nothing to lose with that fight. He was getting in the ring with one of the GOATS of all time. win or lose it doesn't hurt him.
He beats Jake paul, no1 is going to give him credit and if he loses, it will be the biggest embarrassment of his career.

I do agree on the body shots but the jab was a dangerous shot to throw when Jake throwing so many overhand, it looked like he was trying to bait Woodley into jabbing a lot of the time.
Jake did alright for a guy who has had 3 fake fights and spars MMA fighters with losing records. He at least didn't get hit by the naked overhands a lot. That's like the first skill you should have as a boxer. But yeah, that was really low level stuff.
An actual boxer would body Jake. Woodley rematch is the right move. Chance to improve. Idk who else he could beat of note. Tommy Fury is abysmal by boxing standards but would wear him out in the clinch. Anderson Silva is way harder to hit than Woodley. Nate Diaz is undersized but has a chin and gas tank and volume. He should fight his brother tbh.
Well a rematch is 1) safe for him and 2) an opportunity to get better. It might not be as profitable as him fighting Anderson Silva, but I think it's clear he knows that's a gamble he might probably lose. Boxers look out for their careers. This isn't MMA where the UFC feeds you to the sharks if they feel like it.
He's yet to fight a professional boxer. Tommy Fury fought his 7th and got called trash. There are a lot of levels to boxing. Jake is at the very bottom. He took a small step up and looked a lot worse. Now, if the problem is that nobody wants to watch it, they should have Logan headline versus Anderson Silva. Logan doesn't care if he wins anymore. He's all spectacle.
Jake Paul vs Chavez jr a good fight
