3 months but from the looks of it, it was just pad work lol. Son did instagram workout. Who'd he learn boxing from? They ain't teach footwork or movement at all? Literally basic s*** they iron out of you in the first month was still there. Overreacting to every punch, trying to deflect shots that aren't there, hand down chin up on engagements ect. This is literally all s*** you clean up in sparring or get hurt.
