Canelo versus Crawford is the most high fight of two athletes somewhat in their prime since De La Hoya and Mayweather. Pacquiao Mayweather happened too late and McGregor versus Mayweather was more a crossover fight.
& triple G vs canelo , Crawford versus spence Jr didnt have the universal hype. This one does.

Canelo defo past his prime, heās still that guy but heās past his best for sure.
three weeks away
Got a feeling Moses weaknesses and lack of experience will be on display for this fight but he will still catch Whyte sometime after round 5 with an uppercut thatāll ko him.
Talks of usyk vs itauma right now are ridiculous. Let the kid build his resume and get some experience. Usyk would destroy this guy right now.

yh in 4/5 years perfect hopefully itauma doesnt lose n usyk still fighting watched an interview n moses was talking bout how he had a better fighter iq han usyk
maybe even 2/3 years if moses gets another big fighter beat like aj/fury/dubois etc. then usyk will prob fight before retiring himself but thas only if moses never loses before usyk if he does its prob not gonna happen timewise

But the most recent fight in nearly 20 years of two fighters closest in their prime with the most hype since De La Hoya Mayweather.
I mean theres been like 8 fights in 30 years and of match this hype

maybe, it still feels somewhat gimickey due to the weight class jumps but im keen to see it.

Understood so would you say the biggest fight with the most high performance of wise in the last 25 years would be Earl Spence Junior versus Crawford or Canelo vs GGG. Letās gimmick and more for the hard-core fan. And both fights delivered as opposed to a give me super draw like a aging de la Hoya or aging Pacquiao or a crossover with McGregor or weight class jump like Crawford Canelo.

mayweather canelo was more hyped imo
do yall really think Crawford stands a chance

I mean, but wasnāt that Canneloās big break on the big stage Crawfordās already two division undisputed champion this seems like it has a lot more prestige from both fighters as opposed to the rookie versus the veteran ax fight with Mayweather Canelo this seems like a unique 1 of 1 fight.
Would you say this fight gives you similar vibes to the McGregor Mayweather fight?

accolades didnt matter for that fight, we knew pfp it was a great fight. Canelo was already amongst the top fighters and definitely was one of the best fighters Mayweather has ever fought
only way id compare this fight to Mayweather Mcgregor is itās a similar cash grab. Crawford didnt look himself at 154 and now supposedly heās supposed to beat a top 168 fighter with his legacy on the line
sorry this fight is big but not Mayweather Mcgregor or Mayweather Canelo big
Whyte looks like he's in the best shape of his life for this fight but its reminding me of bowe looking good for the goleta rematch and clearly being a shot fighter once the fight started

Youāre forgetting about Usyk vs Fury I.

These are for sure way bigger fights

Absolutely not - Usyk & Fury had entire countries behind them fighting in the most iconic and prestigious weight class of the sport.
Terrance Crawford is nowhere near the level of fame of either fighter.

I wouldnāt be too sure about that if you are saying Canelo and crawford is not bigger that just sounds not true.

Usyk/Fury crowned the first undisputed heavyweight champion in 25 years, the most prestigious weight class. It featured two undefeated fighters in arguably the primes of their career. It doesn't get bigger than that - literally.
Hardcore boxing fans already seem to know this weight jump is a cash grab (Crawford admitted himself) and he isn't a big enough draw or personality for casuals to be invested that deeply. They'll tune in simply because Canelo is fighting and because Turki will spin the marketing satellites.

No, thatās a different argument, but I agree who sick versus fury was more for hard-core I would say even triple G versus Canelo and Crawford versus Earl Spence are also for the more the hard-core. But Iām purely speaking on hype. This one seems to fit with the de la Hoya Mayweather by more than anything to me.

usyk fury defo was a massive fight just not in america due to american fans only being able to be invested in there own home grown diva fighters. true, america is a massive market that the fight didn't reach but it was a massive fight for sure and defo the biggest boxing match in recent memory.
