Him and Chris Arreola’s careers were literally defined by fighting each other at that point, there is no one else of note on there. The second time he was totally washed, he was dropped by pillowfisted journeyman Derric Rossy in the his only fight between the two Wilder fights and turned up to the Wilder fight in terrible shape. However I don’t blame Wilder or his team for this fight because Ortiz popped and that put that fight on hold.

His is a slept on fight, I really like Jessie Vargas even though he’s the underdog I want too see him win. I think he’s the bigger puncher and Vargas has underrated speed and boxing ability and has a lot of experience. Tbh the people favoring Mikey because he’s “elite” and a level about Vargas , idk about that because mikey hasn’t proven he can be elite at 147, against a decent sized welterweight. The way mikey looked against Spence. He would have got knocked out cold by the 2016 pacman.
