Making someone replay their own knockout is nasty work lmao
Dog for real, bruh was disgusted lol

"What punch did he hurt you with?" "Ah right there" lmaooo
Tank isn't the best technical boxer, by a good bit. But what makes him so dangerous is tge fact that he knows how to stay alive for a whole fight, time shots correctly and keep his power intact through 12 rds. Haney doesn't beat Tank cause he's too fragile, Loma might be too old but the skill gap is wide enough to make it interesting.
Shakur probably has the best combination of skill to beat Tank tbh. Biggest accolade I can give Tank is that he's one of the exciting bell to bell fighters, off the simple fact he's a live dog throughout.
In all honesty, a game Canelo can beat Benavidez. I think after tonight, Canelo becomes really interested in the fight, at a catchweight. Benavidez has a predictable style when things aren't 100% in his favor. Durable dude, but there are weaknesses

Canelo doesn't have those tools nor does he need that fade.
tank and ryan being best friends is weird af to me

Benavidez has what it takes to frustrate Canelo with his unpredictable combos for sure, that's his biggest weapon. Honestly, I don't think Canelo could handle the type of pressure Benavidez would bring either, it'll be a battle of wills forsure. I'm just saying though, if anybody could chop that tree down, it'll be Canelo.
But then again, it could just be a repeat of the Bivol fight, except this time, Canelo won't have the Light HW excuse. Yea, I think he wants to avoid Benavidez lol

makes perfect sense to me

He def has the tools as a precise counterpuncher. You can't just walk fwd on a guy like canelo. Even ggg wasn't stupid enough to do that
Still in shock over the Matias/Paro fight, what a performance from Paro in a hostile environment and a ref clearly against him. A bit unfair to call Matias a hype-job but there is a conversation to be had..

I'd loveee to bet on Loma for this. I think his idiosyncratic movement and awkward shot selection would really make it tough on Tank although I just can't see Vegas giving it to Loma on decision.
This heās tryna find that uppercut
I think Tank could replicate a lot of what Teo did to Loma but
1) He's smaller
2) More likely to give away rounds early
Two crucial shortcomings. Regardless, today's Loma is not yesterday's Loma.
Idk why people think Tank isn't technical. He executes a pretty sound strategy every fight. Responsible aggression. Dictates pace. Adjusts to what he sees.
Building to a KO will get him caught on the cards eventually. Especially against a bigger and stronger opponent.

Honestly, a 100% game Loma could possibly knock out Tank just off weird angles/footwork. It's an interesting fight, especially since Davis is slowly but surely backing off some of the Mayweather mentality, not being scared to take a lil damage/fight to get an end result(KO)

Super interested to see the odds for that matchup. Tank saying he was really nervous for a dehydrated Ryan tells me a lot. They waited to age Loma out but nonetheless, heās a generational fighter who can give anyone issues - by far Tankās toughest challenge.

Hell yeah, Tank thought Ryan was going to bring more skill then he did. He found out that Ryan was the one that was nervous/scared, cause of how he pounced on him so early in the 2nd. Ryan was never going to win a close-quarters fight against Tank, and he gave Tank just that.
Yeah, not even mentioning age, Loma is such a high level boxing tactician, till the point he might be able to outsmart/out time Tank in counters. Plus the fact that Lomas awkward style and Tanks slow pace, would pretty much force Tank to make unwanted decisions during his feeling out process.
Haney beat Loma, but not by much in my book, plus Haney was favored as champ anyway. And Haney is a better technical boxee then Davis, but he can't fight, he's not a fighter, which was proven in the Garcia fight. In saying that, If Loma is gonna lose to Tank, it's by getting caught like everyone else, otherwise, Loma has what it takes to outbox Tank.
Feel kinda sorry for Martin too. Bro got shot into the atmosphere with this Tank fight, and got brought all the way down. Can't see him being anything more then a journeyman now.
I donāt think Loma has the power to beat Tank, but I do think he will give him a great fight
