Refs were absolute ass but this L is on Tatum

This is a different team then we’ve seen over the past two years. Although they came up short in game 3 , their 4th quarter fight has come along way.

wtf are u talking about they literally 1- Prevented the game from going to OT by not calling it a shooting foul 2- Didn't call the foul on smart on the FT rebound, which I thought was clear as well. So they either prevented us from going to OT or from having won the game period

We shot way more free throws than them. I understand that doesn’t tell the whole story and yea the refs were bad but if Tatum doesn’t s*** the bed we win this game running away lol

we didn’t lose because of the refs, we lost because of that 3rd quarter first and foremost. but the refs were awful, they let giannis commit at least 10 charges. that missed goaltend was egregious as was the smart foul “on the floor”

And they also called a lot of phantom calls for us during the 4th

Look at the ft disparity between us and them in the 4th we were getting all the calls. That one smart foul was bad but pinning our loss on the refs is soft

just bc there was a FT disparity doesn’t mean it was phantom calls. I didn’t pin it on the refs I put it on that awful 3rd and tatum first and foremost but you can’t tell me that was a well officiated game or that giannis is officiated the same as anyone else in the league

It just stings because we had a chance to win when nothing was going our way, and the refs blew it with the no calls

At the end of the day we just cant keep blaming the refs though. If we play even half as good as usual, we win that game by 10. Just have to be better

The Celtics blew many chances and the refs sucked. Both can be true
