Is this roster even salvageable?

We have nobody with any value outside of the Jays, Rob, and Smart. They clearly want to hold onto at least the Jays and Rob for sure. We have no good prospect young players, Nesmith and Langford suck. I don’t know how we improve the team much at all

Best option would be to package smart and rob with picks for a 3rd option caliber player. If that fails, just blow the team up in a year or 2
