I’m probably reaching but it rub me the wrong way when I see whites talk like us because a lot of the time they’re coming off as if they are mocking the way we talk. Then when they steal some more of our language they get bored and say it’s not funny anymore and move on to the next phrase and wear it out. Even with things as little as “sis” it just sound so wrong coming from them.

Then given the history of hbcu’s I get why they don’t want others coming in and taking over. It’s a safe space for black people to get their education and kick it with others that look like them and whatnot.

I feel like as a whole we gotta start gatekeeping our culture heavily. Other cultures around the world do it but we’re so accepting to others that we kinda forget about how we’re treated.

Take time to explore that forum if you want, it’s actually way bigger than ktt1 and ktt2, and it consists of mainly black women bashing black men. There has to be at least over 200,000 users on there

Sometimes you really just gotta look at them as simply chirping online and/or venting frustrations with black men. Of course you're going to have your extremes. It's the internet. Where most people tend to put on acts of absolutes. Don't be surprised if the ones saying much of the volatile s*** about black men are daddy's girls who are also in 5+ year long relationships with a black man.

Yet, everyday, we must also hear that "niggas aint s***" and "straight men black are the weakest link", whenever we go on social media?
