    No! She literally meant they can swim in the pool from end to end, so she didn't feel it necessary to train them like 4-6 Month olds (where you lose your dive reflex)
    She didn't mean it as a technicality thing - like babies can technically walk from birth if they are held upright

    She cited a (true) phenomenon where babies paddled in the pool - simulating swimming strokes - and she concluded this meant they could just swim as well as a child who had learned
    But newborns can't actually swim and exposing them to water at this age can lead to water intoxication
