Wouldn’t be a sean roll out without a petty line about Kendrick. Know he’s gotta drop a bar or two about him for taking all the momentum
It’s not like Kendrick chose the day to release it
I really don’t know what’s worse, Kendrick or Drake stans..
Either way, I think Sean finally understands what he needs to be doing.
He chose to come at the big 3 while rapping a “freestyle” in the signature flow of one of them
Like he literally studied his style and tried his hand at it hoping for similar success.
He’s a solid rapper but there’s a forcedness about him that grates on me.
His confidence used to sound natural but now he sounds like a self conscious person trying to convince their own self theyre the best on the mic.
He can rap with the best of them when he’s in the right situation but usually he just doesn’t strike the right chord of rap bravado like say a Pusha T who knows he is capable of rapping at the elite level but is comfortable in his ability and lane..
It’s hard to put into words but that’s the Sean we have now. Accomplished yet, stymied

Pretty much. He shows brilliance on certain songs usually before his project comes out that you low-key start thinking he might be up there (well I used to when I was younger) and then never delivers
New single is actually fire
And I ain't 'bout to play no games with you,
You know what your problem is?
You don't ever see the big picture.

Bars.
I got sexy ladies, a whole Benz-full,
And to them hoes I'm everything—everything but gentle.

It’s weird how his hype died. He would score a big hit and 100k fw every cycle then he just up and left and no one cared when he came back
