Not... The second era i was thinking of...
Yeah I put this in rotation as soon as we started this year. It's growing on me. Boy is a great song but the vocal delivery is a bit much for me.
I’m not sure what you mean. It’s the same vocal delivery he’d been doing up to that point. It’s just Dylan meets Bowie.

Fleetwood Mac starting this year too
Also Elvis and James Brown if solo artists count.
Also 12 years since Blowin In The Wind was many lifetimes in the music business back then so Dylans victory this year is pretty crazy. One of the all time comebacks.
Zuma turns 50 today
I go back to this one a lot.

I’m kinda with you on this. But I am also a big fan of their transitional period with Echoes, Obscured by Clouds, and Atom Heart Mother. Their more gentle folkier tracks are heavenly. I also prefer solo Barrett, to his time with the band.
You might also dig that Ian Hunter album I posted on the last page. Especially if you’re getting into glam.

yeah I never really heard this album. been enjoying it alot more than the rest of their post sixties stuff.
Nothing from 1975 is as good as cameron winter unfortunately
Yeah i think we have glazed that decent album as much as we possibly can and it's time to stop
weird that Zeppelin and Floyd were like the biggest bands of the 70s but did hardly any press or tv appearances once the got really established. I respect letting the albums speak for themselves but they wouldve crushed on Midnight Special or Top Of The Pops in the 70s lol. early form of aura farming. never been sure who sings what Floyd songs cause you never see them performed.
I guess the beatles and beach boys did it first but they still felt like they had alot more presence outside of just their albums.
