Just like Jay. They are the biggest.

Jesus West and Wayne gotta be up there too. And I would add Nas.

I mean the objective top 5 is Em Nas “Jigga” Pac and Big.

Whichever order you want didn’t matter.

I suppose in time Drake and Ye would make the fringes of the list.

Well, Drake's run and impact has been crazy. And he isn't even done yet.

no racial but the highest accolade a white hiphop artist should get is an honorable mention, imagine a white man being the face of black culture.

You and your cousin Simon and Lachlan may not but the general populace will.

And that’s how history will remember Eminem. The greatest rapper ever. Broke down cultural walls and made rap global.

Eminem didn't break down cultural walls
He's white, he just took it and had the whole industry back him

Run dmc, public enemy were touring Europe before Eminem was thought of
Wutang clan toured Japan before Eminem hit the scene as well...
Not to mention hip hop hitting other cities like Paris and london who developed their own scenes in the 80s/90s following US rap blueprint... But I'm supposed to ascribe all the merit for hip hop being global to eminem???

If you're talking about making rap more welcoming to white rappers you might have a case but then you'd have to look at how this industry still favors white anything over others (macklmore 2015 grammy wi'is over kendrick for example but there are many more)

This is like being proud of gentrified neighborhoods cuz they're whiter now...

Where is this cultural barrier breaking going to happen in reverse, at like the country music sector for example...

You think they'll uphold a black singer as the GOAT then claim that cultural barriers were broken?? Or will they push any attempt to the side like they have been doing for decades (despite country being origanally a black artform iirc)

give me a break, white rappers don't need respect from anyone, vanilla ice sold plenty without much respect and best believe that the labels caught on to that

Stop believing eminem is some Rambo of rap when he had interscope records cleaning his dirty laundry to stay on

I’m sorry you typed all this.

I agree with your points but the point I’m making is that the average person won’t know all of this especially as time goes on.

Whilst I understand your ire towards Eminem it’s genuinely futile because the moment he dies he will be eulogised as the goat especially more than he is currently.

Who gives a s*** about Benzino

    all of em

Eminem: Because black girls are dumb and white girls are good chicks

    The girl doesn't exists either

    • people that went to high school with em said he was always with kim,

    • em said himself in a Howard stern interview he was always with kim and went to a predominantly white high school

    • the description of that girl doesn't fit what black girls from that era looked like :description from the song "yellow brick road"

    there was this black girl...
And oh the irony guess what her name was ain't even goin' say it plus
The same color hair as hers was and blue contacts

He's hinting at a black girl with blonde hair (wig or maybe natural ) and blue eye contacts with possibly the same name :kim,

    yeah right

he hides the name cuz he would've been caught in the lie easily

All we have to do is get a yearbook and see there was no such black girl at his school... + alot of black women who lived the 80s spoke out saying no one did that in the 80s (wearing blue eye contacts)

That girl would've stood out to the point people would've remembered her but no....

    • no person let alone a black girl has ever came forward to corroborate his story

    • there aren't even rumors/speculation of who that girl may be (yeah I think it was such and such) nor rumors of em paying her to shut up

    • SHE DOESN'T EXIST

    -what most likely happened :

    • eminem according to his close friend at the time ("chaos kid" was in the rap group "soul intent" with Eminem and featured in the source magazine exposing eminem's racist tapes)

the rap group soul intent in the front ^

Said they used to-do racist rap hours

    • rumors exist about eminem having said even more racist s*** on tape (calling black people porch monkeys, moon crickets etc.

Eminem freestyle : "I don't like that nword s***, I'm just here to make a bigger hit"

Ps: the * n-word s*** freestyle is apparently from 1995
    The
ole foolish pride* freestyle is listed as being recorded in 1990 on genius.com

Eminem would've been 22 and 17 years old (respectively)

In his initial apology he states it was a stupid act from when he was 16.... The lies that man tells...

    Wow

Proof wasn’t no. Soul Intent was Cha Kid, Mannix and Butterfingers.

And he moved from Missouri and Michigan as a kid and since he was 8/9 he was p much in Detroit.

Calling him from the south is like calling Pac from New York but you know KTT2
