ever since i turned 26, these hangovers have been beating my ass. hanganxiety and uneasiness is no joke

I’m f***ing hammered

Drink alot of water and pedialyte before you sleep. Hangover is because of dehydration

Protein shake and Tylenol before bed = no hangover

it usually only after I drink somewhat heavy for like 3 days back-to-back. but the Tylenol thing has worked every once and a while so might need to get back on it

Does protein shake help against liver pains?

Even without the protein shake I’ve never experienced liver pains so I wouldn’t know.

I can get rid of my headaches quite easily by just drinking a s*** ton of water but I be nauseous and pain in my liver from hangovers it’s f***ing terrible
