Original plan hasnt made as much progress as expected. Partially because rather than focus budget and resources on getting this out which many of us thought was the plan post superman it became 'well we want to do man of tomorrow a superman follow up that introduces other characters and takes place after the events of superman' got fast tracked. its been longer since this was announced than the gap between Superman and Man of tomorrow release dates

just because a lower tier character show or a movie flopped, doesn't mean the overall plan is changing

if this is the truth then just say it at this point ( I dont want it to be true keep them separated ) but if that conspiracy theory is true what are they going to do wait to reveal that after the batman 2 releases?

this is the exact main hangup about it. like we can't sit here and say Batman is an older guy yet contemporaries with Superman and just ignore him completely for the first like 7 years of this universe. doesn't make sense.

We think a Waller show or a Paradise Lost (prequel to Wonder Woman) is in anyway something that needs to be made? they prob had great ideas for it and figured we don't need to do this right now, especially if looking at the landscape of comic book television.

This was obvious from jump. It was extremely hard to believe that they would have two separate live-action Batman franchises releasing in theatres concurrently. That makes absolutely zero financial sense

The logic kind of not there and defeats purpose of a universe if Gotham some how makes 0 mention of everything going on in dcu but Rob appears for team ups . It’s a bit of too much fan service to do that
