I think so, I didnt find it that scary. It's way more comedic, slapstick at times.

There's quite a bit of gore and body horror, though the cgi isnt always great, so your mileage may vary

I liked the last act. Good mix of action, horror and comedy. I can see how it didn't work for others tho this was overall a solid 3.5/5 for me. I think I like all 3 of his films about equally.

I can see this becoming a good "Starter pack " for horror films with the younger generation. I kept thinking my 12 year old self would've loved this. The short run time and pace will make this an easy rewatch for a lot of people.
