when you get to it really enjoy it and let it sink in cause I don't think we're ever gonna get another D&D adjacent RPG like this again.
Never played a D&D game, so this will definitely be a new experience once I get to it
honestly i dont really mess with fantasy settings at all but enjoyed the hell out of this game, one of the more memorable gaming experiences.
that said, i would kill for a more modern/futuristic setting, pretty much the same game exactly like this just not fantasy lmao i wish they would make that
Maybe their next game ?
Wonder how long until we get a teaser or something for Larianās next game?
Assuming itāll probably have its own early access period too.

Like 2 years minimum
Personally as someone who can't stand most things high fantasy this game is an undeniable classic with infinite replayability.
agreed i have little tolerance for high fantasy but was so enthralled into this im willing to play more fantasy games including dnd itself bc of this one
fantastic game
Man I want to finish this game but I feel like it's starting to drag
at the end of Act 2 and some fights are just starting to feel like a chore. I may end up putting it down, idk if I can do another 25 hours or whatever

Take a break. Act 3 is very burnout inducing but worth it

Lmao act 2 finale couldāve been the end of any other game tbh. I felt the same and the moment I hit act 3 and a million new quests appeared I felt so cooked. Took a couple week break.
On another note doing a moon Druid run and holy s*** owlbear is OP as hell

Yea that may be the move. Tbh though I just got back into it a week ago after a couple week break and already feeling kind of drained. That break made me care a little less about the story
I install ed all prayers in dialogue on ps5 and it bugged diakogues on my save i have to restart playthrough after 7 hours in

That cover is hard
They got a mod on console where you can play the whole game with an erect and/or pierced p****.
So probably gonna do another run.
You like it better than Clair?
Yes
Clair is up there though. Maybe 2nd for me.
Baldur's gate has too many paths and choices you can make to optimize your game and playthrough. Plus mods even for consoles. It's got just about everything clair does like great story and combat and graphics, but the pure level of customization takes it up a notch for me.
I believe clair obscur is easily a 10/10 and I struggle to get through a 2nd playthrough.
I have played through baldurs gate 5 different times (utilizing different party members, different moralities, different choices for every playthrough) and im itching to do it again with more mods.
You spelled millenium wrong
