Framerate seems to hold together alright in Act 3.

Just FYI there seems to be a fairly common audio bug, turn off 3D audio (especially if you’re wearing headphones).

Sounds immensely better.

Definitely one of the better looking in game character creators.

Game looks great and runs pretty solid tbh.

Buggy as f*** and feels unfinished. Also not feeling the setting compared to acts 1 and 2.

Having the companions be able to use any spell even outside their class with full voice acting makes no goddam sense Larian crazy for this

It does decline especially towards the final hours (I think rivington and some of the earlier stuff are still quite good)

I just went through it happy it wasnt a dos2 situation where its actually unplayable its a shame the storytelling and questdesign is lacking cause I do think the combat really is the best at those higher levels. Going back to level 1-4dnd on multiple playthrough feels so garbage in comparison

Most people agree that it seems very likely tho act 3 will get a massive rework

i hope so. gonna lay off it for now and hope they patch it up cause it's a downer after how great the first two acts were.

Very confident about it. I think its still pretty fun and probably my personal favorite act but if you really bummed out it seems likely they are gonna overhaul it since they have already done pretty much the exact same with dos2 definitive edition, they have stated before patch 2 that they will continue improving it and have already given karlach some new endings and more dialogue.

It also makes you question what game is still buried there when appearently 1500 lines of dialgue for the companion minthara are currently just bugged out lmao.
