also my game like completely bugged out and my character was just floating in T pose as the cutscene happened to fall to the ground had me dying laughing
Started my multiplayer playthrough and then singleplayer, the rolls in dialogue really make for a whole new experience in the different runs, i'm super impressed

Yeah I think the technical state is fine my homie with a better PC has pretty much no issues at all but since im sitting at the minimum with no ssd I also run into the occasional loading issues

Doesnt starfield drop next month?
yes it's a long game
plus I have to play it in half speed slow motion to get a normal frame rate

Been watching a number of different playthroughs and the density of this game combined with the scope, Iāve never seen anything like it.
And people havenāt even gotten to the actual city of Baldurās Gate yet (which is apparently the last act).
From what Iāve seen, this seems like the game thatāll be going toe to toe with Tears of the Kingdom at the end of the year.

Starfield out this month
Too early to make a definitive statement but after 15 hours I can say easily this is a top 5 game of all time for me. Absolutely insane what Larian did.
So happy I held off on playing early access

Iām sure Starfield will turn out good, but itās still gonna be a Bethesda game.
They donāt make particularly reactive worlds, theyāre pretty static for the most part baring Radiant AI, and, knowing Bethesda, they wonāt be able to compete in the writing, quest design or choice departments compared to this game.
Which, given the genre, are kind of key components. Theyāve shown off a lot of systems and mechanics, but if that core experience is pretty banal I could easily see those mechanics being treated similarly to FO4ās base building/home decorating.
I bought this for PS5 not much of a PC gamer really.
Never really been a fan of isometric games either (disco Elysium being my favorite)
But the hype around this seems different like this is the big one.
Liked what they did with the cutscenes and having actual camera angles with dialogue made me think this might be a big jump for this type of game.
Correct me if I'm wrong as I've only played a couple and only liked one, but this isn't just nerd hype right? Like this is gonna be the one to play if any?

Mmm while I think this game is a masterpiece I'm not completely sure it'll be the game to change the mind of someone who doesn't like turnbased/isometric games.
If you're into RPGs and aren't a zoomer with ADHD who needs constant action I think it's a game for you.
I only played like 1 hour of Divinity Original Sin 2 and it didn't really hook me. I played 12 hours of BG3 my first day buying it.

I love turn based combat (FFX and Persona 5 are my f***ing s***)
I think I just never liked the camera angles in these games. Kind of why I thought the way they handled dialogue in this from what I'm seeing would be enough to wave off that con.
But everything else about this looks really really fun and I adore long RPG's. It's literally just a camera angle making me meh on it. Everything else is a huge pro

Yeah I think that's what held me back from Divinity. You have a lot more camera flexibility in this game .On controller the way the game is controlled is completely different to the point it almost feels like a different game in a good way you can zoom in super close and play over the shoulder for walking around the world.
Moving the camera around especially during battles and learning the controls will definitely be clunky but as you play you realize with the depth the game has they really did a job job.
If you like FFX and Persona 5 then yeah I would say this game is a must play. This will be in the conversations with those games for best RPG of all time easily.
