What didn't work for you on that joint

Honestly it’s hard to place what I didn’t like. I think I was just expecting more high energy like DFMB. No disrespect to Keem but it felt like he was attempting a more serious album which is respectable but it just wasn’t what I was looking for from him at that time

Ak and various other drake related people were planning to spoil the release date and sabotage any rollout he did. Surprise releasing was the best thing he could of done in that moment. The beef was the event and people desperately wanted more slaps like NLU right after.
