Nah I am completely interested in why someone would do this fr, but how do you even know its for a ritual? If it is so be it its weird but to each their own
Many reasons. Some do it to hex/curse others, bring good luck and fortune to themselves and/or family, bless their homes and keep evil spirits out, or do it as an offering to their ancestors and honor their dead. It is pretty weird, but I just look at it as any other sort of religious ritual/ceremony. Which is why I just ignore it and let people do their thing. Especially if it ain't hurting nobody
The only thing that I'd say Azealia is wrong for doing is posting it to social media, because these kinda ritual things are supposed to be done in secrecy
Bro can you please just go f*** your mom or sister and stop replying to me
I do not care what you say. Sacrificing or using dead animals for ritual practices, or even just for accessories, clothing, or food is in no ways savagery. It's literally been something that's been done since the f***ing dawn of man.
How you are tryna equate that to stoning gay people or wanting to f*** your family members shows that you might be the only one mentally ill in this whole thing. Get help
But bro just because it’s been done for many years doesn’t mean that it’s right. Hunting, fishing, and using other animals for stuff that you can get naturally isn’t justifiable at all anymore unless you are in the middle of nowhere. We are not in the middle of nowhere, and the animals get their vitamins and stuff from plants themselves

Totally. I have a couple minor criticisms of the book (mainly the way she frames it at the beginning and her Autonomism which creeps in every now and then that I don’t dig) but overall it’s excellent. The first couple chapters are pretty heavy on Marxist political economy (even tho Federici doesn’t consider herself a Marxist per se she is for all intents and purposes engaging in historical materialism and expanding Marxism by applying it new areas of study) so if you haven’t read much of that stuff before that section might be a slog, but the Marxist glossary on marxists.org can help with that a lot. If that stuff is too dense, the rest of the book is more just straightforward history and a lot less dense so you can can always skip to that and come back later if the added historical context helps get the economic stuff better. But if you’re already familiar with basic Marxist political concepts it shouldn’t be a problem. I just know a couple a couple people that have had trouble getting into it for those reasons so that’s why I offer that warning. A lot of feminists go into it with a good understanding of feminist theory but not enough Marxism and it can be difficult to grasp cuz of that.
Let me know what you think if you give it a read!
Got ya. I'll probably have to use that glossary. I have a very basic understanding of Marxist theory, but that's it. I, admittedly, have a hard time getting a firm grasp on theory. Sometimes it feels like s*** just goes right over my head when I read it and it makes feel dumb af, lol.

I can agree to that, onsrs being in a catholic church is weird to me and seems like some cult s*** so this is like extremely odd to me but it is something people been doing so I mean live and let live
It's a dead animal.
Well now it is, who killed it? For what purpose?
Yup. Told man he needs to lick that c***out after he is done but he didn't. He just left it in it for months.
Dawg.

The cat? It died of natural causes. It was 11 years old.

So once something dies of old age or natural causes, we should just cook it for food even if we loved it? What exactly are you getting from eating it
man no matter what she does i still love her its a shame her career turned out like this tho
She didn't kill that cat
It lived from 2009-2020
Passed away 3 months ago
She dug it up to use as a divination fetish (use it for witchcraft
Similar to how catholics dig up saint's bones to put in golden boxes and call it relics
You calling azealia banks and her ancient beliefs "savagery" whilst not knowing about the "savagery" that western civilization was built upon reeks of racial undertones
