i'd argue the following

liberalism and modern capitalism it's attached to is for gross individualism, where the will of the self triumphs over the will of the collective

socialists, especially Marxists, are for rational individualism, understanding the social realities of our collective organization and having a measured sense of individual relations that is, emotionally, empathetic

reactionary strains of thought are against individualism, asking for conformity in the name of whatever ideology is being assumed

I try not to engage with folks political stances in person, but whenever I hear niggas talk about Trump, it's complete rubbish. It's almost never about policy, and almost exclusively about the aesthetic and idea of Trump, and that relative to Biden, he's just cooler and more bad ass.

I genuinely do not come across niggas who can actually formulate legitimate opinions on why they like trump.

(This is not me saying I denounce or support trump. Niggas also can't formulate an opinion on why they like / don't like Biden either)

yeah im not well versed in politics im just saying this is the perspective i have been hearing. im not sure who im voting for yet but whoever it is elected will have my support ill be praying for them. some things coming from the dems have been nasty but media assaults us in different ways
