I lift weights and do an hour of cardio stop playing now

How heavy, what lifts and what cardio you doing? Because I don't gym everyday, been at it for a few months very inconsistently. But I've gotten noticeably bigger

I got you lil bro. I be doing the bro split:

One body part per workout session. 7 different workouts, 3 sets, drop set so first set the heaviest about 7-10 reps, next set 8-10 reps, last set 10-15 reps. Each set I drop the weights by 5-10 pounds depending on what I be working out on. Today is is arms (biceps/triceps). My weight lifting session be lasting 35 mins and then I do Cardio for 40
