I’m pretty sure it’s all but confirmed that RDJ’s Doom will not be 616’s Doom, mostly because we’ve never heard anything about Latveria or anything related to that in this universe, and also the way the Russo Bros. framed his inclusion sounds like he’ll be a multiverse variant

616 Doom probably doesn’t even exist at all until after the soft reboot post-Secret Wars

Right he most certainly won't be, but I think it will be a bit of an easier blow to most people if this is the case.

marvel took a team of C-List heroes (there was a time when people knew who ghost rider was more than captain america) and made a billion dollar franchise and they won’t just do that again? except with like characters people already like and don’t need to be convinced about?
