I thought an overload of returning characters was a given and expected by just about everyone.
I am personally in for it. They did a horrible job of wrapping up this era tbh, even though end game ended it, it didnt realllly feel like it in the grand scheme.
They needa use this as a complete closer for this era and usher in F4 and Xmen after it.
Omitting Loki?
wasn’t Kang kang there just variants
Ant Man is the only time we’ll see him in suit f***ing s*** up
Wait who tf is even directing that new Captain America movie? So many tweets and leaks about new reshoots and I’ve legit never seen the director of it brought up
Marvel studios is directing it, like all mcu films
60 returning characters
Are they serious? I know that script is a hot mess
Everybody gonna be greenscreened in, I don't want this s***
Marvel should've never fired Jonathan Majors.
He did a terrific job as Kang, whereas Marvel did a terrible job with Kang’s portrayal (and his variants).
It’s best to move on from that character tbh.

Facts he really did the best he could with what he had across multiple variants. Was so disappointed with the overall outcome.

I completely agree. I think this will be the swan song for this current era/iteration of the MCU.
By the time these two avengers movies come out the MCU would have been running nonstop for almost 20 years, you gotta switch things up
They will probably soft reboot after this to start somewhat fresh and bring in F4 and X-Men. Maybe they might even recast some characters from the old MCU timeline.

Recast T'Challa folks might finally get their wish if they do soft reboot.
I think Kang was cursed from jump street. Majors did his thing but I don't think the writing in any of the projects made him more menacing or scary enough.
Be the Next Big Bad and get punked out and easily defeated in every one of your appearances bruh.
How is Kang supposed to be a serious threat if he got outsmarted and punked by the nigga who talks to Ants?

If this is the way, then I'm for it. Way too much of an emotional decision not to recast him.

And it would give them an out. The previous version of T'Challa would forever be associated with Chadwick and that would be his role always.
This new version could be a different take. And the selfish part of me wants T'Challa to be the King of Wakanda, go on adventures, meet the fantastic four, fight Dr Doom and Marry Storm.
Chadwick Is in my top actors of all time. He was an amazing actor and even better person who left us too soon but there's so many talented young black actors who carry the torch and legacy that Chad built

Facts! I never thought “oh s*** he bout to be a problem in the next avengers movie got damn”

This scene hilarious now.
None of these variants gonna be in any of these movies
Majors being all these variants is crazy. I know Marvel like
looking back on it
If they do bring Kang back how are they gonna get their way out of this.
Y'lan Noel looks wise would be perfect for a T’Challa recast. I thought he would’ve been perfect for Blade too if they went younger.
I’m just not sure how good his acting ability is. Only seen him in that Purge movie and Insecure

Ant-Man and the Wasted Variants
Jonathan Majors career crashing and burning in real time needs to be studied.
HOF crash dummy.
Bro went from Leading Man status and potentially leading the next generation of young actors and black actors in general to potentially starring in Tubi movies for the rest of his career smh.

Judging by the box office not many people saw Ant Man 3 anyway so I think they'll be alright lol.
Just retcon it and pretend that movie never happened

I think he’ll make a comeback eventually. Don’t think what he was actually guilty for will permanently shut doors for him.
