Yes EQ isn’t critically acclaimed but his very reason is because he trusts the director

He has no real relationship with the MCU & would assume there’s no one he’s dying to work with over there

But you right at the end of the day it’s a payday & if he sees it that way then cool

I think phases still works. What's wrong with this phase is they tried copying how comic books work with different completely different storylines and goals as their own separate thing.

Like Eternals, Shang-Shi, Dr. Strange, The Marvels, Spider-man, and Loki all feel like different universes with the only very loose string is the multiverse. Even then the multiverse doesn't relate to Kang at all for majority of the phase.

Yeah Kang's only been in Ant-Man and Loki. None of the other villains relate to Kang. None of the other series make him a universe related threat. He's going to be propped up and tossed away like Ultron.

I guess In a way Marvel did right by NOT having him everywhere in hindsight

They would have plenty of time to start building Doom up

With how slow they're taking with this fantastic four casting its been four years still nothing. If they're not even close to finding the F4 then Doom is probably really far away.

But maybe this will hopefully speed up the process on Doom and F4
