Trailer should have been 95% Doom and 5% avengers. There has been little to no build up and the audience needs all the context we can get

This was really honest and heartfelt. This is the part of the MCU I will always respect. People have grown up with it. Has some of it been mid or garbage to me ? Yes. But it did construct a universe of many hours and content and consistency that is some peoples comfort universe. Comfort crowd. Where they remember old birthdays, childhood, key memories and friends made in these same crowds. Same midnight releases all of that

Its similar to understanding GTA hype even if its been years without release of games and only so much gameplay. We all know the feeling of playing. There are certain franchises just in that echelon. Where yes it wont be perfect but it will still be a 3 hour experience where your first theater showing in a packed crowd you get to nerd out for a moment. You get to scream, laugh, be shocked and have fun.

there is always value in that.

They are repeating the Infinity War formula thinking the ending will hit the same arent they

trailers have been way too heavy X Men when we get it they are in there. This is like our 5th goodbye to them. They were in Deadpool 3 and we get it they are done. Mystique back in the way they show her back isnt hype its like okay cool she turning into her and fighting her. That isnt a new idea. Charles looking concerned isnt something we havent seen before. Its not even the more recent first class x men. Its just way back to the nostalgia and not executing it even in a way where we are hooked in. Its like watching a kid play with action figures in this trailer even more than a snyder movie.

How all those characters standing in the room and the dialogue is literally s*** I would have my action figures do after seeing a crossover episode of spider man or justice league. Its highly unnatrual but the dream of a child

I mean its going to be a mcu movie a movie with faults but solid not terrible

The Eternals, both Captain Marvels, and Black Widow are the true only real pieces of dog s*** in the MCU

Love and Thunder is barely a peg above
