because it’s marvel

because there has been correct rumors and scoops. the fact that some huge things have been correct leaks, and basically pushed leak culture to the mainstream & incentivised a bunch of people to turn it into their bread and butter online, now that theres precedent for leaks/scoops being real, theres trust and an appetite for more. jimmy fallon was asking marvel actors about mephisto, kimmel was bringing up leaks that john campea posted to spiderman actors. its just become its own little industry and self-feeding mechanism

Marvel used to have ‘controlled’ leakers (umberto, Latino review)

Those guys went onto bigger jobs and a void opened up

That lined up with VFX crunches, unhappy employers etc so seemingly a lot of people were willing to leak stuff.

Once that slowed down a lot of the new leakers began just throwing s*** to the wall, trying to fill in gaps from what were likely old concept art / pre-viz (kinda confirmed this is where most leaks come from) and now we have the current state of leaks

When you see someone posting about every single marvel movie, it's the biggest sign they're lying.
Cause people with such extended knowledge have no business spreading rumors on the internet in exchange for patreon money.
